The Bulls had too much firepower for Zebre in the end. At times the hosts threatened with their attacking play. However their discipline proved the sticking point as they allowed the Bulls to play to their strengths.

Carr bursts through a tired Zebre midfield and sets Kriel in for his hat-trick.
Zebre are going to have a go on attack but they lose it at the breakdown and the Bulls win a penalty that allows them to switch play back into the Zebre half.

TRY, BULLS, WILLIAMS, 29-45:
Williams skips in around the outside after some great hands from the Bulls and that will settle this one.
The Bulls get the penalty advantage and just use that to eat a few seconds away before play is brought back for a penalty.
The ball is not coming out of the breakdown and the Bulls have a scrum feed inside their own half. They will look to milk a penalty and finish this game in the Zebre half.
Goosen cannot convert the try but the Bulls will be happy with that response.

The Bulls hit right back with a quick attack and that was like the flip of the switch.

The Bulls get a bit adventurous and knock on in their 22 to give Zebre a chance to set up a grandstand finish here.
Williams tries to keep a grubber in-field but it rolls too far and Zebre have the lineout feed inside their own half about 13 metres from halfway.
Pani is allowed to look for a long touch from his 22 and finds one just inside the Bulls half.
The Bulls set the maul from the lineout just inside their own half but they are stopped by Zebre. They are content to send up a tester for Gesi. Zebre just about get it clear towards halfway where the Bulls have another lineout.

TRY, ZEBRE, GREGORY, 20-35:
Gregory is over out wide as the Bulls finally run out of numbers.
Gesi does good defensive work win Zebre a penalty that sees them get back onto the attack. They attack with advantage but Zebre look out on their feet on attack.
The Bulls lose the ball on the ground and Zebre can attack from the scrum. However, Zebre's scrum falls apart and the Bulls get a cheap penalty exit and to make matters worse Goosen gives the kick a fair old thump.

Kriel stretches to score in the corner as the Bulls mount wave after wave of attacks.
Hanekom drives over the Zebre line with the help of Burger but he can't get the ball down and Zebre will drop out from the goal-line.

The Bulls have a penalty after Zebre came up offside. Their defence just about held on but they can't get back into the game while camped in their own 22.
Zebre step around in the scrum and they are penalised and Goosen sends them back into their own half where they will have to defend another lineout. The Bulls haven't been rock solid in their lineouts though.

The Bulls work a great backline move and Kriel bursts through and puts Williams in under the sticks.
Zebre gather the restart and make a decent exit up to ten from halfway. The Bulls lose the lineout and Zebre kick long to send the bulls scampering back.
HALF TIME: ZEBRE 15-21 BULLS
The Bulls get the scrum penalty and they want to have another attack from a lineout. Zebre steal the lineout though and they will have another go. They kick ahead and the Bulls knock it out.
Zebre find space out wide and run it out but Pani throws a forward pass and the Bulls have a scrum just inside their own half.
Manfredi makes a crucial tackle on Burger and the Bulls scrumhalf knocks on and Zebre have the scrum just outside their own 22.
PENALTY, ZEBRE, PRISCIANTELLI, 15-21:
Zebre are back within a score thanks to the penalty goal.
The Bulls try to carry away from their 22 and they seal off giving Zebre a chance to take a shot at goal.
Goosen tries a grubber close to the Zebre 22 but his kick is blocked off and bounces away into touch. It isn't clear who will feed the lineout and it is Zebre in the end.
Zebre are finding great one-on-one matchups and their attack gets going once again. They are up in the Bulls 22 but they just seal off and give the Bulls a cheap exit.
CONVERSION, ZEBRE, PRISCIANTELLI, 12-21:

TRY, ZEBRE, PRISCIANTELLI, 10-21:
Geronimo Prisciantelli comes up with some attacking magic as his chip and chase sparks the attack for Zebre and then he skins a couple of tight forwards to finish off.

Goosen is cooking off the tee and slots another tricky kick with ease.

Zebre can't stop the maul and Van Der Merwe has his second try.
Zebre spoil the Bulls lineout but they knock on and then infringe at the scrum and will have to defend another lineout. The crowd have been muted.
Zebre infringe at the first breakdown after the restart and this is taking on the look of a training game for the Bulls. This is exactly the kind of game the Bulls like to play as they go from setpiece to setpiece and attack with real momentum.

The Bulls attack is purring now and Zebre can't stop Petersen from trotting in for a debut score.
Zebre are going off the boil a little as they give away a penalty on the restart and get marched back ten again for backchat. The Bulls kick up to the Zebre 22.

Van der Merwe rumbles over the line from the back of a maul.
The scrum is collapsed and the Bulls can't use the advantage. Its a kickable one but the Bulls go to the lineout again.
The Bulls are penalised for obstruction in the lineout but Zebre undo an easy exit by giving away a free kick and then kicking the ball away to get marched back ten. The Bulls call a scrum just outside the Zebre 22.
Zebre just about hold the Bulls out but they went offside early on in the attack and the Bulls can try again from a lineout.
De Klerk gets up to pinch the restart and get the Bulls going forward. They get advantage but can't use it and set up the lineout five out.
Prisciantelli cannot convert the try from out wide.
TRY, ZEBRE, BIANCHI, 5-0:
Zebre work another neat lineout move and Bianchi cannot be stopped in space.
The Bulls knock on in attack and although Zebre kick long the Bulls send it right back at them.
Zebre clear the scrum but Gans pounces on a loose ball and carries up towards halfway. Goosen then kicks long down into the Zebre 22. Zebre clear under pressure and the Bulls have an attacking lineout.
Zebre send another kick up and do a better job on the chase. Zebre hassle Burger at the breakdown and he knocks on. Zebre have a scrum inside the Bulls 22.
KICK-OFF: Zebre kick off and the Bulls kick through Burger and right up to halfway and the touchline.
