Full Time
FULL-TIME, STORMERS 17-28 GLASGOW. What a brilliant turnaround from Glasgow, who played quick and with pace, although they seemed to have the bounce of the ball and the referee's call on their side a few times. A pity for the Stormers, who were looking so good, but you play it over 80- minutes, so well done to Glasgow who played with pace, precision and power.
79’
Commentary
Stormers penalised in the scrum and Glasgow have the penalty just inside the 10m… and it's kicked into touch near the Stormers 22…
78’
Commentary
KNOCK-ON from the Stormers under heavy pressure from Glasgow, and the visitors have the scrum. Not enough time for the Stormers to win, but they will want a try for the losing bonus point.
76’
Commentary
Glasgow penalised and Libbok kicks just past his 10m line for the lineout… the Stormers run it…
74’
Commentary
Glasgow keep pouting on the pressure on the Stormers in the sweltering heat of Stellenbosch. The home side is running out of time…
72’

Conversion
CONVERSION, GLASGOW, JORDAN! 17-28; No problem from almost in front of goal.
71’

Try
TRY, GLASGOW, VENTER! 17-26; Glasgow win the lineout ball and run the line, before bursting over for the try next to the posts.
70’
Commentary
Glasgow counter on the Stormers attack, Jordan running a few paces before sending a magnificent kick 10m into the Stormers 22 and out to touch. Incredible kick.
67’
Commentary
CONVERSION, GLASGOW, JORDAN! 17-21; BRILLIANT KICK FROM THE CORNER and the visitors have a four-point lead. What a game this is turning out to be after remaining scoreless for much of the first half.
66’

Try
TRY, GLASGOW, ROWE! 17-19; Holy heck, Glasgow sure don't like waiting long before replying to a Stormers score…
65’
Commentary
WOW! Quite incredible, from the kick-off Glasgow get the ball, run the line left… Kyle Rowe gets it on the touchline… runs then kicks ahead for himself and sprints 35m, picking the low, rolling ball up just short of the line before diving over for the score! What a reply! TMO will check tho…
64’
Penalty
PENALTY, STORMERS, LIBBOK! 15-14; A magnificent kick from Libbok!!! Stormers in the lead.
63’
Commentary
LIBBBBBBOKKKKK!!!!!!
62’
Commentary
Libbok is tackled late and the Stormers will choose to kick at poles from the 10m line, about 20m in from touch.
61’
Commentary
TMO says NO! That was forward. Stormers will feed the scrum.
60’
Commentary
JUSTICE! Glasgow run the line and Hasting pops a pass up for Tuipulotu, who bursts through and runs half the length of the field before being bundled out to touch by a brilliant tackle from Gelant, who refused to give up… but Tuipulotu flicks the ball inside and his team-mate comes through to collect and crash over for the try… but the TMO is going to look at the Hastings pass as there was a hint of "forward" about it.
0’
Commentary
Stormers win the lineout but are knocked over as they run the line… the ref though gives the Glasgow scrumhalf the ball. Controversial…
57’
Commentary
Glasgow press forward to the Stormers 22, but they are penalised, and Libbok kick play up to the Glasgow 10m line.
55’

Conversion
CONVERSION, STORMERS, LIBBOK! 14-14; Libbok with the conversion from the left touchline… his kick seems to have been pulled, but then as if by Video Photoshop (for want of a better term!) the ball clicks into a different airwave and slips to the right and bisects the poles! It didn't look on from the start… but it ended as a damn fine kick. And the honours are even.
54’

Try
TRY, STORMERS, DU PLESSIS! 12-14; Stormers pressing and pressing right on the tryline… ball is fed out to Libbok who spirals a long pass out to Du Plessis on the wing… he's in space but has to jig and jink and then dive over for the try with a Glasgow man on his shoulders. A smashing try from the Stormers.
52’
Commentary
Glasgow penalised for a high tackle as the Stormers tried to burst through for a try from the lineout. Another penalty and Libbok kicks from the 5m to the touchline for another 5m lineout. A lot easier that kick.
50’
Commentary
Stormers win a penalty just inside their half and Libbok drills another magnificent kick for a lineout on the Glasgow 5m. A magnificent kick.
49’

TRY, GLASGOW, TUIPULOTU! 7-13; The bounce is perfect for Tuipulotu to run onto and take three strides before going over for the try.
47’
Commentary
Warriors making good ground up into the Stormers half… Cancelliere breaks and then chips over near the corner for his captain Sione Tuipulotu to run onto… the Stormers defence won't get there first… how will the ball bounce for Glasgow…
45’
Commentary
Stormers blown in the scrum and Glasgow has a kick to clear the danger… and Libbok is about to return to the field.
22’
Commentary

42’
Commentary
Stormers with a lineout on their 10m line… they win the ball, ruck and look to run, but Glasgow are blown for a knock-on.

36’
Yellow Card
YELLOW CARD, STORMERS, LIBBOK. Tough one… Libbok tries to catch a pass but knocks it forward and it's ruled deliberate knock-on. Libbok hangs his head in frustration. Tough call.
35’
Commentary
CONVERSION, STORMERS, LIBBOK! 7-0; Libbok smashes the conversion through the poles from 10m to the right of the poles.
34’
Commentary
TRY, STORMERS, WILLEMSE! 5-0; The Stormers run the line, Willemse running onto a sharp pass to burst through a small gap and he runs through to score the opener, but he looks like he's pulled something around his groin.
33’
Commentary
BRILLIANT RUNNING up the left wing from the Stormers passing between seven players, but Glasgow seem to be holding them up…
32’
Commentary
Eight minutes left in the first and not a feather on the board yet.
31’
Commentary
Glasgow hack the ball forward and Cancelliere almost breaks free on the Stormers 22, with the line open in front of him, but he is brought down by a brilliant, determined Stormers tackle.
32’
Commentary
Stormers win the lineout and press for the line… runu the line, press for the line… Du Plessis almost breaks through, he is caught, passes but it's knocked-on… penalty advantage and they run the ball quick but are held up again and Glasgow win the ball and clear the danger.
28’
Commentary
Glasgow drive up well after running the line right, then a kick over the top gives the Stormers possession, they press forward and win a penalty. Libbok inside his half spirals a left-footer deep into the Glasgow 22… and they will lineout on the 5m. WOW! That was some kick.
26’
Commentary
… but the Stormers are penalised just short of the Glasgow 22 and they kick it deep into touch just past their 10m.
25’
Commentary
Great work from Libbok again as the Stormers push Glasgow back onto the back foot.
23’
Commentary
NO TRY! Great pity as it was a lovely try.
22’
Commentary
BRILLIANT WORK from Libbok in his 22 to evade a couple of tackles… he passes on to a team-mate, the ball is lost for a moment before it is hacked forward a few times by Du Plessis… they race into the Glasgow half, Du Plessis again kicking it forward towards the tryline where Zas runs through, kicks it once and then dives over for the score with a Glasgow player on his back for the try… but the TMO will review for an earlier knock on.
20’
Commentary
The Stormers regain possession and look to counter attack…
18’
Commentary
Glasgow win a scrum and run the ball down the left before being pulled to ground. They run right but the Stormers defence is packed solid.
16’
Commentary
Libbok evades three men before chipping into space, only to be body checked by a Huw Jones… but the ref is happy with the challenge. Libbok wasn't as he needed a minute of medical attention after being crashed to the ground.
14’
Commentary
Nel comes on for Dixon, the Stormers giant forward having picked up an injury.
13’
Commentary
Glasgow keep pressing and running until they knock on under pressure from the Stormers defence… but the ref calls them back for a penalty advantage for Glasgow inside the 22… and it's kicked into touch right at the 5m line…
12’
Commentary
GLASGOW BREAK into the Stormers half, lovely running from Jones who has to lay it off down the line, Glasgow running well but then forced to switch and run it right… then back left as the Stormers have Polyfilla'd their defensive wall by the looks of it.
11’
Commentary
LOVELY RUN from Zas down the left, and he feeds it to Du Plessis… but it's just forward and the ref calls it. Great speed shown by both of the Stormers.
10’
Commentary
Stormers run the line Glasgow under pressure, but they manage to turn possession over and clear the danger.
8’
Commentary
Stormers pout forward, lovely grubber by Libbok to the Glasgow corner flag… the Stormers pile over but Glasgow manage to sneak the ball away and clear to touch just short of their 22… danger far from over for the visitors, though.
6’
Commentary
Jones blown for leaving a shoulder in on Zas as the winger chipped a kick over the Glasgow backline.
