FULL-TIME, GEORGIA 18-18 PORTUGAL. What a sensational game of rugby, and what a dramatic last 10 minutes. Portugal were phenomenal in the second half and gave Georgia possibly one of the biggest shocks in their history. Brilliant rugby to snatch the lead away from Georgia and then to keep banging away at them… but how well did Georgia fight back in the last couple of minutes to draw level. A draw was a fair result but for Portugal it was heartbreaking not to be able to snatch it away at the end… but what pride and confidence will the nation take from this performance. A magnificent match and incredible excitement… we hope you're been as thrilled by this match as we have in bringing it to you!

HALF-TIME, GEORGIA 13-5 PORTUGAL. That was quite a half of rugby, with Georgia dominating with power and purpose, but Portugal holding up well in defence to limit the damage to the scoreboard… but Portugal burst into life in the last 10 minutes of the half, showing some great handling and power through the line. They will hope like heck to get their prop back from the sin bin so that they can give Georgia a real contest in the second half. We all hold thumbs… as this is looking like a fantastically absorbing match of rugby.
Good run from Georgia from the 10m, breaking through the Portugal line, but their defence holds firm and they are pushed into touch on inside the 5m. The Lineout is won by Portugal and they kick to touch to bring the first half to a close.
Real pity for Portugal to be down a man, just as they were getting back into the game, and now Georgia are swarming around the 5m line… first spreading the ball right and then back left… they win the lineout, press hard for the line… but they're blown for holding and Portugal clear the danger.
YELLOW CARD, PORTUGAL, FERNANDES. No arms in the tackle and there was a clash of heads… Portugal will be holding thumbs that it's not upgraded to a red card, which is a possibility.
