Joseph joins Pau on loan from Racing

Barn-storming No 8 Jordan Joseph, a key cog in the France under-20s team that won junior World Cups in 2018 and 2019, has joined Pau from Racing 92 on a season-long loan, the two clubs announced Monday.

Joseph, 21, is already into his third season in the Top 14, having played 28 league matches and five more in the European Champions Cup for Racing.

But a lack of game time at the Parisian club has seen Joseph join up with his former France under-20 coach Sebastien Piqueronies at Pau.

Pau are currently eighth in the Top 14, six points behind fourth-placed Racing.
