The Chilli Boys dominated possession throughout the first half and made the breakthrough towards the end of the first half.
An unfortunate way to lose a football match 😬

Thabiso Kutumela's attempt to chest the ball to his keeper hands Chippa all three points as it goes over the line.#BetwayPrem | @Betway_za pic.twitter.com/Xv3WcYqo7c
As Bienvenu Eva Nga was through on goal, the striker hit the target but the ball deflected off Thabiso Kutumela and was ruled an own goal. The hosts went into the break ahead and looked to build on it in the second stanza.
The remainder of the match followed the same trend and Andile Jali had an eye-catching performance once again after a stunning performance in the team’s last league match.
As it stands, Chippa now occupy seventh position on the log, and have seemingly bounced back from losing their opening fixture against Orlando Pirates.
