SuperSport brings incredible Feast of Finals

Between 22 May and 29 June, SuperSport would have broadcast 15 finals in 38 days from 6 different sporting codes, an unmatched feat on the continent.

An unbelievable Feast of Finals awaits sports lovers on SuperSport this month, which continues well into the month of June.

The SuperSport Feast of Finals began on 22 May with the Uefa Europa League final, which was won in scintillating style by Atalanta over German ‘Invincibles’ Bayer Leverkusen and continued with the EPCR Challenge Cup that the Sharks won in great fashion over Gloucester on 24 May.

A day later, the Investec Champions Cup kings were crowned as Toulouse toppled Leinster.

We also had the thrilling FA Cup-set when Manchester United dethroned fierce rivals Manchester City on 25 May, while the Suzuki Griquas claimed the SA Cup over the Airlink Pumas in Kimberley.

The finals feast didn’t stop, as the TATA Indian Premier League winners were crowned – the Kolkata Knight Riders over the Sunrisers Hyderabad – and Olympiakos took the Uefa Conference League crown on Wednesday 29 May.

Now, fans can look forward to the Nedbank Cup final between Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates taking place at 3pm on Saturday 1 June at Mbombela Stadium.

Football fans can also watch the Nedbank Cup final Breakfast show on SuperSport PSL (202) at 10am as Thato Moeng hosts former Nedbank Cup winners and PSL players, while there will be regular updates out of Mbombela Stadium ahead of kick-off.

Later, at 9pm, the Uefa Champions League final kicks off as Borussia Dortmund try to take down continental kings Real Madrid at Wembley.
