The BIG F1 weekend
The fight between McLaren and Ferrari for the constructors' title will go to the final round of the season in Abu Dhabi this weekend.
McLaren leads by 21 points with 44 still available, whilst further back Alpine leapfrogged Haas into sixth.
VERSTAPPEN TO BE REPLACED
Max Verstappen will be replaced by Isack Hadjar for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix practice.
The Dutchman can finally relax for the final race of the season after he claimed his fourth world title at the Las Vegas GP in what has been a difficult year for Red Bull.
Meanwhile, teammate Sergio Perez appears increasingly likely to leave Red Bull at the end of the current season after enduring a highly challenging season.
TEAM GOODBYES
Lewis Hamilton will drive in his final race for Mercedes in Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ahead of leaving the Silver Arrows to join Ferrari next season.
Hamilton will replace Carlos Sainz who is moving to UK-based Williams Racing on a two-year deal.
The seven-time world champion says the disappointing form on which he is ending his Mercedes career doesn't "define the journey" he has been on during his 12 seasons with the team.
Meanwhile, Red Bull on Monday announced that veteran driver Sergio Perez will leave the team after Sunday’s race.
The Mexican sits in eighth place in the drivers standings with one race remaining and has zero wins this season and all four of his podium finishes came in the season's first five events.
DOOHAN REPLACES OCON AT ALPINE
Alpine have confirmed that Jack Doohan will make his F1 race debut earlier than expected in the season-closing Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with the squad releasing Esteban Ocon in a deal that allows the Frenchman to participate in the post-season test for new team Haas.
