With the season poised for a thrilling final showdown between The Momentum Multiply Titans and the DP World Lions, the stakes are extremely high as either team could find themselves in the final of the CSA 4-Day Competition with a win or draw going their way.

The Titans will be looking to come out strong at their home ground.

Following the anti-climatic draw against the AET Tuskers in Pietermaritzburg, there is no doubt that Titans will be looking to get back out there and scratch that itch.

Head Coach Mandla Mashimbyi believes ‘trusting their processes’ and ‘wanting it more’ will be the qualities that ensure his side gets over the line.

Even though the weather had the last say in Titans’s last outing, there were positives that can be used to keep pushing the momentum forward.

Both Matthew Kleinveldt and Joshua Van Heerden showed magnificent mental fortitude to knuckle down, and each bring up their centuries, respectively.

With the game being cut short and Dewald Brevis not being able to showcase his ability with the bat, he found a way to come out on top with the ball.

He picked up four wickets in his 19 overs and conceded just 65 runs.

The Titans will continue to be without skipper Neil Brand and will continue to rely heavily on the rest of their stars to get the job done.

The fixture will be hosted at SuperSport Park from 21 – 23 February.

Entrance will be free, and the public is urged to come out and show their support for  the Titans.
