It’s the final day of the Rugby World Cup Sevens and while the Springbok men's and Women’s teams are no longer in contention for the title, there still will be plenty of action to go around.

The overnight rain disappeared as the sun appeared and day three got underway full of hope and anticipation.

A full house is expected as the tournament winds down to a close.

SuperSport’s Cato Louw gave us this scene setter to lead us into the day.

And then Cato headed out into the stands to find the first fans who had woken up early for a full day’s rugby action.

The first one she found was a familiar face. A pope in the stadium?

Cato then found the SuperSport rugby panel with a difference.

Ricky Schroeder found a familiar face - Springbok Sevens and Stormers star Seabelo Senatla in the crowd.

And then he headed into the stands to talk to those who had come out to enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience

Check back during the day as our reporters on the ground find the best fan dress-ups and views from around the stadium.
