Soweto Super United (SSU) were dumped out of the 32nd edition of the Philly's Games on Saturday, while the Mambas, Gomora and Musa booked their spots in the last 16 of the popular competition.

Day four saw the action move to the Etafuleni football ground in Tembisa.

First up, crowd favourites Mambas took on MFDN FC in a second leg encounter.

MFDN were reduced to 10 men early on when their goalkeeper was red carded in the second minute of the game.

It was always going to be a hard day for them in the hot sun of the East Rand township playing a man short, and in the end a goal in the first half and two in the second saw the Snakes slither away 3-0 winners (4-0 on aggregate).

In the mid-day kickoff, Katlehong side Musa United took on Naseem Aca 7 FC and were able to overturn the 1-0 first-leg deficit to clinch the match 2-0 for an aggregate score of 2-1.

Mudagasi, meanwhile, won by the same scoreline as the first leg, as they beat Marashia 1-0 to advance 2-0 on aggregate.

In the last match of the day, Soweto Super United went into the second leg leading by 3-1 against Gomora FC.

However, the team from Alex had all the firepower to score an emphatic 4-0 victory to take the spoils 5-3 on aggregate and dump SSU out of the tournament.

Makgaola Aca play Skepe Nketole at 10am on Sunday morning, while Ama BEE are up against Abarondoli at noon.

Then, at 2pm Destroyers FC tussle with The Hot B Team while defending champions One Lion FC start their title defence against Amandla FC at 4pm.
