Adama City, and six players sanctioned

Adama City and six players have been sanctioned by the Ethiopia Premier League after week 20 matches.

The Ethiopian League's disciplinary committee has revealed the latest decisions on players and clubs.

Four players have been suspended for week 21 matches because they received their fifth yellow card of the season.

Gathuoch Panom(Fasil City), Abdulbasit Kemal(Hawassa City), Dawit Mamo(Mekelakeya) and Bereket Wolde(St George) are the players suspended for one match and will to pay 1500birr.

Wolaitta Dicha's Nathnael Nasero was sent off in the match against Wolkite City and banned for one match and fined 1500birr.

Adama City's Taye Gashaw who was sent off in the match between Adama and Hadiya Hosanna as he kicked the opposition team's player.

He received a red card for that incident and the disciplinary committee suspended him for four matches.

Adama City was the only club which was punished for week 20, as five of their players saw yellow cards, and fined 5000birrs.
