Sidama top Hadiya, Adama beat Ethiopia Coffee

It was a coffee feast for fans Sunday as Sidama Coffee beat Hadiya Hossana 2-1 and Adama City proved too hot for Ethiopia Coffee

Hadiya Hossana got out of the gates faster with Samuel Yohannes on target to give Hadiya a 1-0 lead in the 8th minute.

Bulcha Shura equalized for Sidama Coffee 30 minutes later with a 38th minute strike.

They will go into the halftime break tied at 1-1

Sidama Coffee scored in the 67th minute in what proved to be the winning goal through Michael Kporvi as the game ended 2-1.

Sidama Coffee enjoyed some bit of movement as a result, moving up to 10th, two places behind Hadiya Hossana in 8th position.

It wasn't all rosy for Ethiopia Coffee in the second game against Adama City as they were stunned with a 1-0 defeat to Adama.

It was Adama's youth prodigy, Yosef Tarekegn on target in the 31st minute.

The win takes Adama up to 6th on the log, with Ethiopia Coffee in 4th place.
